On 14 October 2015, the JEUPISTE project will organise a seminar in Tokyo on the new Work Programme in Horizon 2020. This event will highlight the opportunities for Japanese participation in Horizon 2020 by presenting the new Work Programmes in light of cooperation with Japan, featuring examples of Japanese participation and giving an overview of support services in Japan.
Horizon 2020 is the biggest EU Research and Innovation programme ever with nearly €80 billion of funding available over seven years (2014-2020) and open to participation from all over the world, including Japan. Every two years, Work Programmes in various fields are published that contain detailed call information for the next two years. In October 2015, the Work Programmes for 2016-2017 will be published.
